When you are ready to come aboard, you will schedule a time for a preview introduction with our Navigator.
You will be invited to present your idea, and your pitch and ask all your questions.
Is basic training the right fit for you or do you qualify for advanced or specific skills training?
How will you benefit from joining other seafarers on this journey?
What is your chosen destination? Where are you going?
Your business visit & review
The Wheelhouse is excited to see the progress you have made on your own. You will already know some things that you could change to improve your process. It is also likely that The Wheelhouse professionals will be able to identify some areas that could accelerate your journey to success.
You will accept the opportunity to share your vision with two or three members who will celebrate your ideas and passion for the work.
An assessment will be created to suggest how you and your business could benefit from an association with The Wheelhouse innovation center.
Business Plan
Based on your application, your interview, and your business visit, you may be invited to continue to pursue a relationship with our Wheelhouse crew.
Your course of action will include your preparation of a business plan to be analyzed with The Wheelhouse crew. From that conversation, a personalized plan will be developed.
Commitment
You may be asked to sign an agreement that outlines your responsibilities to The Wheelhouse and The Wheelhouse to you.

Welcome aboard! You will participate in an event to meet those who will join you on your journey to your ultimate destination. Coffee and Conversation will be a time when you will be introduced to other members/entrepreneurs, mentors, and board members.
The journey toward your destination
You will prepare for this journey by drafting a business plan that will map the parameters of your journey toward success.
Your journey will also include interacting with and supporting your fellow members for inspiration and collaboration.
